The following terms and conditions govern the use of all the services, products, and software (referred to collectively as the "Service" in this document) offered at HACKTHEPRICE, INC. DBA HACKJIGGU.COM.
The Service offered is subject to your acceptance without modification of any of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, HACKTHEPRICE’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published on this Site periodically by the creator and owner of this service – HACKTHEPRICE, INC.
HACKTHEPRICE, INC. reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time.
Your continued use of the service after such changes indicates that you agree to the revised terms even if you have not reviewed them.
The most current version of the Terms of Use is always available on this page.
Acceptance of Terms Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use the services available at HACKTHEPRICE, INC. and HACKJIGGU.COM.
In consideration of your use of the Service and agreement to its terms and conditions, you certify that you have used your full and actual legal name, you are of legal age to form a binding agreement and you are not a person with legal restrictions under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
Description of Services HACKTHEPRICE, INC provides through its websites HACKJIGGU.COM the following services:Mail forwarding of small mail packages (further Packages) from the US to any country where there is an active relationship between the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the postal services of the destination country.
HACKTHEPRICE, INC does not offer services for sending packages to destinations within the United States or Canada.
As an exception, packages may be returned to the seller at any destination if necessary.
HACKJIGGU.COM is a website that belongs to HACKTHEPRICE INC.
Pricing, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are published on our websites at HACKJIGGU.COM.
HACKJIGGU.COM reserves the right to update, modify, enhance and transform the Service to any form and for any use.
General Terms of Use HACKTHEPRICE, INC is not responsible for the actions of any third party organization, such as postal and courier services (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
All terms and conditions of use of the third party organizations are subject to their separate agreements.
The Client bears sole responsibility for any customs duties, as well as other payments and fees, related to postal services and transferring goods across international borders.
The liability of HACKTHEPRICE, INC cannot exceed the cost of services that were provided by HACKTHEPRICE, INC for a specific order.
HACKTHEPRICE does not guarantee delivery of packages if the customs declarations associated with these packages were not filed in a proper manner in accordance with import-export rules and regulations of the US and the respective country's customs.
It is the Client's responsibility to become aware of those regulations and verify that they are followed when shipping the package.
HACKTHEPRICE does not work with pieces of mail that do not have proper tracking numbers.
HACKTHEPRICE does not provide services related to processing or forwarding gift cards, payment cards, membership cards, coupons, or gift certificates purchased by clients from third party organizations or individuals.
HACKTHEPRICE does not sent mail to P/O boxes or poste restante.
HACKTHEPRICE agrees to store packages that belong to the Client free of charge for 45 days, after which period HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to charge the Client $1 a day per package. If the package has not been redeemed by the Client after 90 days, HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
HACKTHEPRICE is not responsible for identifying the owners of incoming packages with incorrect or incomplete information regarding delivery address and recipient. HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to apply storage fees to such packages according to standard procedure. In the event that the owner of a package has not contacted HACKTHEPRICE and has not confirmed ownership of their package within 100 after its arrival and storage in the warehouse, HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
The client assumes full responsibility for the inspection and verification of the contents of the order when it arrives in HACKTHEPRICE’S warehouse. This can be achieved by checking the tracking number and receiving shipment confirmation from the sender, as well as by placing a special request to compare package contents with the invoice and/or photographing the contents.
HACKTHEPRICE is responsible for preparing package(s) for shipping within seven business days after receiving a formal request from the Client, if there are no additional requests for special packaging or type of shipping.
HACKTHEPRICE agrees to store consolidated Packages that are ready to be shipped for 7 days with no charge.
After this period (beginning on the first full day), HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to charge the Client $1 per day to store each consolidated package that is ready to be shipped.
If the consolidated Package has not been redeemed by the Client after two months, HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to apply its own discretion in utilizing or disposing of the contents of a package.
Packing lists enclosed in shipments do not represent inventories, but are strictly internal documents used by HACKTHEPRICE’S warehouse.
Packing lists should not be considered confirmation that the number of items on the list reflects the actual number of items in the package.
HACKTHEPRICE accepts claims on delivered packages within 7 days after the delivery date.
The Client grants HACKTHEPRICE the right to open his or her packages and work with their contents.
HACKTHEPRICE does not work with postal organizations in terms of requesting reimbursements of postal fees for unsatisfactory services.
Nevertheless, HACKTHEPRICE can provide the Client with all necessary documentation if he or she decides to contact a postal organization directly.
HACKTHEPRICE does not provide any compensation for moral damages or for losses related to your own business operation, whatever it may be.
The project is designed to provide services to individuals who make orders for themselves, their family members, and their friends.
HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to request additional documentation verifying the Client’s identity, as well as the legality of purchases and credit card use.

All services and rates described on our «Services» page reflect the most up-to-date prices for our services.
Additional work with a package (if applicable) will be published on the invoice provided by HACKTHEPRICE.
HACKTHEPRICE reserves the right to modify existing prices without notice.
HACKTHEPRICE operates according to the laws of the United States of America, as well as the states of DELAWARE
- Refund Policy

We attempt at all times to deliver or reship quality services, and believe that you will be pleased with the service you purchase from HACKTHEPRICE, INC.
However, from time-to-time, there may be a need for an exchange or return, and you may return any items that you have purchased via US online stores for either:
1) a full value exchange for another product or,
2) refund for all items and service fee that related to specific packages. Either option you select, you must do so within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item, and subject to the provisions below.

Do not send prior to instructions from us as to where to ship, as our products come from all over the states in US and some of online store will not accept returns but we will help you to get your refund if the product has damaged or received wrong item.
The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, and no refund will be made on the shipping cost portion of your order.
If you purchased a product that included free shipping, then the actual shipping charges we paid to send the product to you will also be deducted from any refund credits.
All returns in excess of $100 must be insured.
No free shipping on exchanges.
Items returned for either exchange or refund must be in their original condition and shipped back in their original packaging to be acceptable for exchange.
Credits and refunds are issued only after returns are received in saleable condition.
In the event an item is returned used or, because of it's returned condition, must be repackaged for resale, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
Damaged Items It is the customer's sole responsibility to properly inspect your items when you receive them.
If damage to shipping material is obvious, please inspect items immediately and notify the carrier, or other delivery persons of damages.
Notification of damages must be made to us within 14 days of receipt of damaged goods, and customers are responsible for notifying the delivery company of damages.
Retain all shipping materials as they will be needed to show to the shipping company.
It is very important that you notify us immediately of any damages so we can properly advise you.

If your package weighs over 30kg and/or is an oversized package
(when adding two sides of the package exceeds 140 cm or if one side exceeds 100cm or the sum of L+W+H exceeds 160 cm)

Any Damages, lost, or stolen of a product occurred during any shipping process, which is from its arrival to HACKTHEPRICE, INC. warehouse to deliver to a customer.
The coverage is guaranteed for a product whose value is more than $300 (Insurance premium will be charged 4% of Product price)
Used or refurbished products are not included in Shipping Guarantee
The amount of reimbursement will be calculated based on: Amount of a product reported on outbound request form + Shipping fee + tariff
